Bespoke projects start as an open conversation around the overall design, required finishes and intended budgets for the solution. With this established we are able to generate viable concepts for development in creating the ideal solution. Understanding this early on in the process we are able to quickly and efficiently identify the best route to take in manufacturing.
As most bespoke projects in their nature are unique, starting with basic pencil sketches allow us to generate quick options to narrow down the best designs for further development. This process allows us to move towards the final designs as quickly and efficiently as possible.
With the designs in place we are able to budget cost against these to ensure our clients are happy with the design and cost before finalisation of the design.
Producing visuals of our design allows our clients to understand the scale and overall look of the design and presents the opportunity for tweaking the design easily. This also allows for finishes to be trialled quickly and other options proposed if the finishes are not as originally intended.
Once the developed design has been established we begin to produce technical drawings with the finer details of the design depicted. These will show all elements of the design and any integration of third party products/AV to show the product as a whole ensuring seamless integration on installation.
With the drawings approved we will produce samples of any elements that require client approval. These can be small swatches showing veneer stains, large top sections showing edge details right through to full mock ups where required for larger projects. This process ensures that all parties are in approval of any special finishes before manufacturing commences.
On approval of finishes and drawings we begin work on the manufacturing process. Technical drawings for all elements are drawn in house ensuring complete control of the design throughout. All our manufacturing is UK based which again allows for complete control of the production.
Upon completion bespoke products are checked at the factory before being shipped directly to site. This avoids double handling in warehouses and reduces any risk of damage in transit. Our dedicated team are able to handle the installation of bespoke products ensuring hassle free placement on site.
